As known, lower yarn twist level is the key point to craft a softer denim fabric. But it’s also the same reason why fuzzy surface and unclear twill style occur.

We start with spinning technology, and after nearly a year of experimentation, we develop Cloud Soft Yarn™, which can perfectly keep softness and greatly prevent solve blurry surface.The twist level of Cloud Soft Yarn™ is lower than regular yarn like open-end yarn and ring yarn, which leads to ultra soft and comftable touching.

Better Color Performance

Premium denim is crafted from beginning.AT1066 utilizes cotton with longer staple than open-end or ring yarn.

Compared to the other yarn quality, AT1066 gets a better color performance, that is, saturated deep blue with natural high and low shades. Even in heavy wash, it stays in a bright tone with crisp twill line.Meanwhile, the fibers are entwined tightly to each other. After washing, easy to get a denim fabric with natural high-and-low shades, clear crisp twill and clean slub layout.

Elegant Rain Slub

Slub texture is important to classify one denim from the other.Kind of like characteristic or symbol of a person.Slight, regular slub is mostly applied.

AT1066 utilizes a high density and slim slub, similar like raindrops, that is why we call it rain slub.

The vertical falls creates a more textured and full of fabric story than pure twill denim, no matter in light, heavy or vintage wash. It makes AT1066 own more possibility to craft more stylish and versatile jean.

Dual-core Yarn

Regular stretch denim fabric utilizes a single core yarn in which only one spandex wrapped inside. But AT1066, we invlove an extra PTT filament inside and entwin with the spandex, to make it as dual-core yarn.

Dual-core yarn ensure stable high stretch performance and washing performance.Ideal for high intensity, greatly prevent baggy and saggy look. You can stretch freely no worrying about it might lose its shape after a few movements.

Ideal for not matter light or heavy wash. As known, high stretch denim easily get loose-seam in heavy wash but AT1066 is not the case. It stay good stretch and recovery performance even after heavy wash.
