Utilization of Sustainable Lyocell

AT1214 utilizes lyocell.

It’s sourced naturally, and harvested from the hardwood trees grown for lyocell production.And an organic solvent is utilized through the whole close-loop production.

It’s also biodegradable and compostable. Even it ends up in the trash, it only take a couple of months to decompose, different to those plastic-based items which could might need up to 100 years to biodegrade.

Thanks to lyocell’s high-consistency fiber length and excellent color-depth, AT1214 owns a luxe denim look, combining a pure deep blue with slight bling bright tone. It’s similar like, the afterglow of the sunset is reflected on the sea level, and the bling cast of sea water.It’s ideal for different wash.

• In dark wash, cast as luxe pure deep blue. Elegant and clean high-end look.
• In light wash, cast as fresh color with bright tone. Ideal for summer dressing.

Utilization of T400

AT1214 utilizes T400 as weft yarn. It’s a spandex-free stretch fiber, which is made by two differnt polymers and would shrink to a different degree and produce a smooth, helical crimp for durable stretch and shape retention.Simply put, AT1214 with T400, owns two main strong points:

• Weft yarn is not curled at the ripped position.
• Small and stable shrinkage.

Commonly, elastic yarn easily to curl together in the ripped position of denim fabric, which make jeans or other denim apparels can’t stay their shape. This unaesthetic problem always make designer hesitated in their garment creation or make people spend more time to avoid this problem during washing process.But it’s not the case for AT1214.

Thanks to the application of T400, AT1214 owns smaller shrinkage than normal fabric. That is weft 3-5%, warp 3-4%.Also AT1214 performs more stable than elastic yarn with spandex inside. As T400 is a single elastic yarn, not combine by outer filament and inner spandex. So no need to worry about we can’t sew the spandex tight and cause the problem of seam-loose in heavy wash.
