Bonded and brushed denim are commonly used for warm insulation in winter. Both have strong and weak points.

1. Finished fabric + brushed： Denim brushed 3-4 times.Light.Poor in warm insulation, easy to cause pilling, and not skin-friendly enough.
2. Raw fabric + brushed： Raw denim is brushed 6-8 times before sanforizing. More stable shrinkage and better brush effect.Not good enough in warm insulation, is easy to cause pilling, and is not skin-friendly enough.
3. Bonded denim: Bonded denim with velvety fabric.Super warm.Bloated and a bit heavy.
4. Velvety Fleecing Denim： Warm, light, and shaping. Yarn is customized and has less production efficiency.

CT840 owns a special backside appearance.

It performs as a fluffy velvety backside filled with misty high-and-low grey color.

The infusion of different shades of grey makes this denim outstanding in brushed denim.

Rope Dyed Blue

CT840 utilized the rope dyeing method.

It’s a saturated blue-grey, can feel the grey inside but not a dull tone.

The color is in high consistency and high color fastness, which helps to make the twill lines more crisp in appearance.
