Наш цикл начинается с преобразования хлопка-сырца в высококачественную пряжу. На автоматизированных линиях Rieter (Швейцария) осуществляем прядение отборного хлопка с контролем равномерности нити на каждом этапе. Готовая пряжа проходит дефектоскопию перед передачей на следующий передел.

Крашение пряжи

После прядения мы придаём пряже требуемый цвет. С помощью специализированного процесса крашения высококлассные красители глубоко проникают в волокна, гарантируя длительное сохранение цвета и точность оттенков. Пряжа погружается в краситель от шести до девяти раз, что обеспечивает полное впитывание цвета и снижает риск выцветания.

Ткачество

После окрашивания пряжу вытягивают и медленно ткут, создавая уникальную джинсовую ткань, принёсшую нам известность. Наш отработанный процесс ткачества обеспечивает исключительную прочность и эластичность. Мы внимательно ткём пряжу по вашим техническим требованиям для специальных дизайнов.

Антиусадочная обработка и расшлихтовка

После крашения и ткачества ткань проходит обработку для снижения риска усадки и потери шлихты. Наши тесты и коррекции включают опаливание, мерсеризацию и предварительную усадку. Это гарантирует точное сохранение размеров ткани.

Контроль качества и складское хранение

Before placing the completed fabrics in our fully-functional warehouse, expert quality control inspectors conduct several audits to ensure quality and consistency.
