تبدأ عملية إنتاجنا بتحويل القطن الخام إلى خيوط عالية الجودة. نغزل القطن الفاخر المختار بعناية باستخدام أحدث معدات الغزل، ثم نسحب الخيوط اللازمة لأقمشةنا. ثم نفحص الخيوط الجاهزة، ونبحث عن أي تباينات ونزيلها قبل الانتقال إلى العملية التالية.

صباغة الخيوط

بعد غزل الخيط، نمنحه لونه المفضل. باستخدام عملية صباغة متخصصة، تتغلغل الأصباغ عالية الجودة بعمق في الألياف، مما يضمن ثبات اللون لفترة أطول ودرجات لونية دقيقة. يُغمر الخيط في الصبغة من ست إلى تسع مرات، لضمان امتصاصه الكامل للألوان وتقليل احتمالية تغير اللون.
