Cotton Lyocell Blends

T2151 utilizes cotton and lyocell in the warp.

The combination is excellent as it infuses all strengths of the two materials, making T2151’s natural cotton feel and brilliant silky drape of lyocell.

Utilization of T400

We apply T400 to T2151. It has a different yarn structure from regular spandex-based stretch yarn. It is a spandex-free stretch.

Main features of T400:

Ideal for distressed, ripped jeans. The weft yarn stays in its square shape in a ripped position, while fabric with spandex-based stretch yarn often performs as yarn squeeze together.
Small shrinkage. T2151 has smaller shrinkage, as 6-8% weft, and 5-6% warp.
Stable washing performance. Greatly reduce yarn slippage in the heavy wash.
